Please take care of the Cabin & the RV space at the Resort during your relaxing stay with us by following the below Resort courtesies:
Two(2) day minimum stay; three(3) day minimum for holidays.
Our cabins allow for 4 people at the base rate except for cabin 7 which allows for 6 people.

$100.00 Deposit required for confirmed reservation. Payment in full is required upon check in. After hours check available with fully paid in advance reservation and code to reserved cabin.
5% military discount with a valid military ID on all cabin rentals.
Cancellation policy: Seven(7) days’ notice will be required.
Cancellations made inside cancellation time frame will be charged the amount of the $100 Deposit.
No refund for cancellations within 48 hours or early check out.
Pool hours are 10 am to 9 pm. Subject to change if pool has been reserved for a private event.
Please bring your own towels to use at the lake and at the pool.

All Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Quiet times observed are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
Pool hours: 10:00 am to 9:00 pm (Subject to change without notice)
No Lifeguard on duty
No Glass containers of any kind at the pool
During rain, thunderstorms or lightning – Immediate exit from the pool is required

Cabin towels are for use in the cabin only.
Bring your own towels to for use at the lake and the swimming pool.
All Rooms are: Smoke Free
No smoking of any kind in the rooms – a $200.00 fee will be charged if smoking occurs in any room.
Pet(s) are accepted with prior management approval, limit of (2) Two pets.
There is a $10.00 per day, per pet, pet fee.
Pets must be on a leash while on resort grounds; take the pet with you when leaving or crate/kennel the pet while away from the cabin.
Keep the pet off of the bedding and furniture;.
Roo B Doo is not responsible for lost or stolen items; please lock doors when away from the cabin.
Let management know right away if there are any maintenance issues in the cabin.
