Please take care of the Cabin & the Resort during your relaxing stay with us by following the below courtesies:
Check In: 3pm Check out: 10:00 am
All Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Quiet times observed are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
Pool hours: 10:00 am to 9:00 pm (Subject to change without notice)
No Lifeguard on duty
No Glass containers of any kind at the pool
During rain, thunderstorms or lightning – Immediate exit from the pool is required
Please help conserve electricity by observing the below when away from the cabin:
Turn off coffee maker (some do not shut off automatically)
Turn off lights
Turn window Air to “Power Save or Economy Mode” and adjust thermostat up to 77 – 78 degrees
Please help care for the cabin by following the below:
Put kitchen and bathroom trash in dumpster
Wash all dishes, silverware, pots & pans that were used during the stay.
Bring your own towels for use swimming at the pool or in the lake
If a pet was allowed to stay with you, please keep the pet off of the bedding and furniture; take the pet with you when leaving or crate the pet while away from the cabin.
Roo B Doo is not responsible for lost or stolen items; please lock doors when away from the cabin.
Let management know right away if there are any maintenance issues in the cabin.

Cabin Policies
Two(2) day minimum stay on weekends and a three(3) day minimum for holidays.
Our cabins allow for 4 people at the base rate except for cabin 7 which allows for 6 people.

$100.00 Deposit required for confirmed reservation. Payment in full is required upon check in. After hours check available with fully paid in advance reservation and code to reserved cabin.
5% military discount with a valid military ID on all cabin rentals.
Cancellation policy: Seven(7) days notice will be required.
Cancellations made inside cancellation time frame will be charged a minimum of one night rental
No refund for cancellations within 48 hours or early check out.
Pool hours are 10 am to 9 pm. Subject to change if pool has been reserved for a private event.
Please bring your own towels to use at the pool and the lake.
On-site limited convenience store/office. Hours: Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6 pm Friday and Saturday 9 am to 7 pm – Sunday Closed –
Pets allowed with prior management approval only and must be on leash while outside at the resort; in the cabins pets should not be left unattended unless placed in kennel or crate. There is a per day pet fee of $10.00. For weekly cabin rental a flat rate pet fee of $50.00 .
